Mr. Truett is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, focusing on raising debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital initiatives, as well as advising companies on a wide range of capital structure matters. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Truett was a Senior Vice President at PNC Business Credit, where he focused on originating, structuring, and underwriting leveraged transactions for software and generalist sponsors. Before joining PNC Business Credit, he held roles at Regions Bank and BBVA USA, where he originated, structured, and underwrote sponsor-backed energy and technology transactions. Mr. Truett began his career in the consulting group at Postlethwaite & Netterville (now EisnerAmper), where he focused on transaction advisory and litigation support consulting engagements.
Mr. Truett holds a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
