Ms. Gilbertson is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where she focuses on sellside and buyside M&A in addition to equity financings. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Gilbertson was an Associate in the Technology Corporate Finance Practice at Carnegie Investment Bank in Stockholm, where she focused on public and private M&A, IPOs, directed share issues, rights issues, and private placements for IT services and software businesses. She began her career at FE International in London, a boutique investment bank focused on technology and e-commerce M&A transactions.
Ms. Gilbertson holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
