Mr. Gans is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Gans was a Senior Associate at Northleaf Capital Partners. He was involved in the origination, evaluation, and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity investments with a focus on GP-led secondaries, co-investments, and structured equity. Before that, Mr. Gans started his career at Solomon Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions within the retail, technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Mr. Gans holds a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies and Business Ethics, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
