Mr. Noone is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group, where he advises on all aspects of the fundraising process including project management and deal execution. Mr. Noone is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Noone served as Vice President at Snowbridge Advisors, an independent placement agent for private equity fund sponsors, where he supported fund placement project management activities for private investment clients in North America. Before that, he served as a Vice President in ICR’s Special Situations and the Governance Solutions groups; a Director and Interim CFO at SpringOwl Asset Management LLC; a Law Clerk in Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP’s Activist & Equity Investment Practice; and a Financial Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s M&A Group as part of its Activist Shareholder Advisory practice.
Mr. Noone holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a J.D. from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law.
