Mr. Anderson is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Previously, Mr. Anderson was the Chief Executive Officer of Waller Helms Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. Before that, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CNA Financial, the eighth largest commercial insurer in the United States. Prior to joining CNA in 2012, Mr. Anderson worked for Macquarie Capital and Accenture.
Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
