Mr. Craven is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with extensive experience in the technology sector. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Craven was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to GCA, he was with Canaccord Genuity (formerly Hawkpoint), DC Advisory, and PwC, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Craven has extensive cross-border M&A experience across private and public companies, having completed deals in Europe, the United States and Asia. He focuses primarily on subsectors including software, fintech, data and analytics, broadcasting technology, tech-enabled services, IT services, managed services, and telecom services. He also has extensive relationships with international corporations and in the European and US private equity communities.
Mr. Craven holds a BA in Politics from the University of Edinburgh and is a qualified accountant.
