Mr. Grundy is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Mr. Grundy was an Associate at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he worked for Barclays.
Mr. Grundy’s featured transaction experience includes advising Unily on its growth investment from Silversmith Capital Partners and Farview Equity Partners; CloudPay on its growth investment from The Olayan Group; the sale of Talos360 to LDC; the sale of Mediatonic to Synova; and the IPO of CMO Group PLC (LSE:CMO).
Mr. Grundy has a Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.
