Mr. Rekas is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has significant experience executing public and private M&A transactions, equity and debt financings, and corporate advisory assignments. Mr. Rekas is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rekas was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Media and Telecommunications group, where he covered and advised companies in the wireline, fiber-optic, data center, cell tower, and information services sectors. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was an engineer at Northrop Grumman, where he co-authored two patents for applied encryption and biometric technologies.
Mr. Rekas holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
