Mr. Scallan is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has significant experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions (buyside and sellside), working for both corporate and private equity clients, with a particular focus on the food, drink, and agribusiness sectors. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Scallan was a Director at McQueen Ltd, a London-based independent advisory firm providing corporate finance and other strategic services to clients in the consumer sector, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015. Prior to joining McQueen, he spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
Mr. Scallan holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University.
