Mr. Wanless is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, focusing on the built environment and facilities services sectors. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Wanless’ transaction experience prior to joining Houlihan Lokey includes Rockpool’s sale of Mecsia to Synova, YFM’s sale of RGE Services to Equistone, Equistone’s sale of Acuity to Permira, and OMERS’ acquisition of Bionic.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wanless was a Director in the Business & Tech-Enabled Services team at DC Advisory. Prior to that, he spent more than eight years with Deloitte, where he was a member of its M&A advisory team.
Mr. Wanless holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University. He is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
