Mr. Feintuch is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Feintuch has been involved in numerous in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions advising companies and creditors and has worked extensively on both U.S. and international/cross-border transactions, including Robertshaw, Oi, Samarco Mineração, Coinstar, Exide Technologies, Pinnacle Agriculture, Onsite Rentals, Emeco Holdings Ltd., Boart Longyear Ltd., Atlas Iron Ltd., Southcross Holdings LP, JW Aluminum Co., Mirabela Nickel Ltd., Jaguar Mining Inc., YRC Worldwide Inc., Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc., Tropicana Entertainment Las Vegas Holdings (LandCo), and Buffets Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Feintuch graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
