Mr. Weisbaum is a Senior Vice President and senior member of the Environmental Services practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has nearly a decade of experience advising private and public companies on M&A, strategic alternatives, special situations, and capital structure advisory. Mr. Weisbaum is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Weisbaum’s recent transaction experience at Houlihan Lokey includes advising USA DeBusk on its sale to H.I.G. Capital; HEPACO on its sale to Clean Harbors; JF Lehman & Co. on its take-private acquisition of Heritage-Crystal Clean; Vertex Energy on its divestiture of selected assets to GFL Environmental; Rogue Waste on its sale to Waste Connections; US Ecology on its sale to Republic Services; GreenWaste Recovery and Zanker Road Resource Management on their sale to Macquarie; New Mountain Capital on its acquisition of Aegion Corporation; and ENTACT on its sale to J.F. Lehman & Co.
Mr. Weisbaum holds a B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
