Mr. Weisbaum is a Senior Vice President in the Environmental Services practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has a decade of experience advising private and public companies on M&A, strategic alternatives, special situations, and capital structure advisory. Mr. Weisbaum is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Weisbaum’s recent transaction experience at Houlihan Lokey includes advising Shamrock Environmental on its sale to Republic Services; Reworld on its minority equity stake sale to GIC; Royal Carting on its sale to Casella Waste Systems; Miller Environmental on its sale to Coalesce Capital; USA DeBusk on its sale to H.I.G. Capital; HEPACO on its sale to Clean Harbors; JF Lehman & Co. on its take-private acquisition of Heritage-Crystal Clean; Vertex Energy on its divestiture of selected assets to GFL Environmental; Rogue Waste on its sale to Waste Connections; and US Ecology on its sale to Republic Services.
Mr. Weisbaum holds a B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
