Mr. Ferguson is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, covering the pharma services vertical. He has more than a decade of investment banking experience and has advised clients on over 40 M&A, corporate divestitures, and capital-raising transactions for publicly traded and privately held clients across pharma services subsectors. Mr. Ferguson is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Mr. Ferguson’s recent transaction experience includes the sales of Bristol Myers Squibb’s Syracuse, New York manufacturing facility to LOTTE BIOLOGICS; Reaction Biology to Cobepa; Pharm-Olam to Allucent; and SCA Pharma to Vistria.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ferguson was a Director within the Healthcare Group at William Blair & Company.
Mr. Ferguson holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
