Mr. Weinberger is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. During his 15+ year career at Houlihan Lokey, he has advised numerous companies and creditor groups in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. In addition, Mr. Weinberger has provided clients with a variety of other investment banking services, including M&A, financing, and valuation. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Weinberger’s recent engagements include Strike LLC, Katerra, Inc., NPC International, New Cotai, LLC, Ocean Resort Casino (formerly the Revel), Dover Downs, Caesars Entertainment, Aliante, LVH, Florida Gaming, Alpha Entertainment LLC (XFL), Trump Entertainment Resorts, the New York State Gaming Commission, Riviera Holdings Corp, Majestic Star Casino, Indianapolis Downs, LLC, Centaur Gaming, Rivers Casino, Caribbean Club Casinos, CEVA Logistics, McDermott International Inc., FastMed Urgent Care, P.C., and OneWeb, Ltd.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Weinberger was a Financial Analyst and Trader in the special situations group at Kellogg Capital Group.
Mr. Weinberger graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
