Mr. Didier is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group. He has two decades of experience in M&A and corporate finance. Mr. Didier is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Didier was a Managing Director at Stifel, where he led the Healthcare team in France. Before Stifel, he was Citi’s Head of Sponsor and Infrastructure Coverage in France across M&A and capital markets. Prior to Citi, Mr. Didier was a Director at J.P. Morgan in Paris in the M&A team, where he focused on private equity transactions. He started his career at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Didier is a graduate of Sciences Po and HEC Paris. He also holds a master’s in Modern History from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
