Ms. DiMola is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group, focusing on private equity, hedge funds, and large multi-asset fund coverage. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. DiMola joined Houlihan Lokey in 2017 and was previously a member of the Financial and Valuation Advisory business, having assisted financial sponsors, including private equity and hedge fund managers, in a wide variety of transactions. She has played an integral role in the rendering of numerous transaction opinions related to M&A, restructurings, recapitalizations, spinoffs, and asset sales.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. DiMola was an Associate in the Investment Banking group at Brean Capital.
Ms. DiMola holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
