Mr. Nassof is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Nassof was an Associate at Freeman & Co., an independent advisory firm focused on providing M&A advisory, capital raising, and other investment banking advisory services to financial institutions clients, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2019.
While at Freeman & Co., Mr. Nassof was a member of the M&A and Advisory Services practice, focusing his efforts on transactions in the broker-dealer and financial technology sectors.
Mr. Nassof began his career with the firm's Freeman Consulting Services (FCS) group, where he led strategic engagements for global and boutique investment banks across five continents. His practice focused on using data to address the challenges of coverage strategy, client segmentation, expansion planning, and performance management. Mr. Nassof’s commentary on competitive dynamics in the investment banking market has been featured in Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNBC, Financial Times, and other global financial media.
Mr. Nassof received a B.A. in English, graduating cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
