Ms. Klippenstein is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. Her responsibilities center around sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. Ms. Klippenstein is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Klippenstein was an Associate at Intrepid Investment Bankers, focusing on sellside and buyside M&A advisory. Prior to that she was a Senior Associate within Deloitte & Touche’s audit practice, focusing on financial statement audits of publicly traded and privately held entities.
Ms. Klippenstein holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
