Mr. Glass is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s Tel Aviv office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Glass was a Senior Vice President and the Head of the Valuation Department at York Capital Management for more than a decade. Before that, he was an Associate in the Structured Products Group at GoldenTree Asset Management, where he was responsible for the structuring and modeling of the firm’s leveraged funds. Earlier, Mr. Glass was an Analyst in the Structured Credit Group at J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for structuring and marketing cash-flow and market-value CLOs.
Mr. Glass holds a BSc in Finance from Yeshiva University.
