Mr. Low is a Managing Director and Head of European Oil & Gas within Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Low is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Low has advised on more than $20 billion of transactions over the past five years, including Chrysaor’s reverse takeover of Premier Oil to create Harbour Energy, London’s largest listed independent oil and gas company with a market capitalisation of c. $4 billion. He previously worked with a wide range of clients, including majors, NOCs, E&Ps, public and private investors across M&A, A&D, and equity and debt financings.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Low was Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Energy, EMEA at BMO Capital Markets in London. He began his career at Royal Dutch Shell in 1995.
Mr. Low holds a BA (Hons) in Classics from Durham University.
