Mr. Phillips is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he leads the execution of sellside and buyside M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, strategic alternatives assessments, and valuations for clients in the marketing and information services sectors. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Phillips served as a Vice President at Equiteq Securities, focusing on sellside and buyside M&A for technology services companies. Before that, he was an M&A Associate in the Technology M&A Advisory Practice at Citizens Bank.
Mr. Phillips holds a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
