Mr. Rehling is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including industrials, business services, retail, and sports and entertainment. Mr. Rehling is based in the firm's Dallas office.
Mr. Rehling has a diverse array of experience, including leading and participating in numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $1.0 billion in enterprise value. His transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, strategic value-drivers, operational synergies, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rehling was a Manager in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
Mr. Rehling holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Financial Management from Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
