Mr. Rehling is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including industrials, business services, retail, and sports and entertainment. Mr. Rehling is based in the firm's Dallas office.
Mr. Rehling has a diverse array of experience, including leading and participating in numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $1.0 billion in enterprise value. His transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, strategic value-drivers, operational synergies, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rehling was a Manager in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
Mr. Rehling holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Financial Management from Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
