Ms. Knetl is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. Her responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. Ms. Knetl is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Knetl was an Associate at BMO Capital Markets within its investment banking practice in Chicago, where she worked on a variety of engagements, including sellside and buyside M&A transactions and equity and debt financings. Before that, Ms. Knetl was a member of Bemis Company’s corporate development team, where she focused on the company’s corporate M&A strategy and execution. She was previously an Analyst at William Blair & Company, an independent investment bank in Chicago, where she focused on sellside M&A advisory.
Ms. Knetl holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Western Michigan University and an MSA from DePaul University.
