Ms. Rayborn is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. Her work focuses on valuations related to tax and financial reporting, including business valuations, purchase price allocations, and intangible asset valuations. Ms. Rayborn is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Rayborn worked at Deloitte in the International Tax group. She holds a B.S. with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
