Mr. Shah is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has more than a decade of experience in providing valuation services related to insurance placement, financial reporting, purchase price allocation, impairment testing, collateral analyses, and strategic decision-making purposes. In addition, Mr. Shah has carried out assignments involving techno-economic viability, technical due diligence, fixed asset management, and lender engineering. He is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Mr. Shah specializes in the valuation of property, plants, and equipment among industries such as manufacturing, cement, textile, oil and gas, chemicals, power, steel, pharmaceutical, automobile, and commercial aircraft, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Shah worked for Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), EY, and RBSA Advisors.
Mr. Shah holds a B.Tech. from Gujarat Technological University. He is a qualified Chartered Engineer and an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
