Mr. Brown is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He has approximately 20 years of investment banking experience, including 15 years focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. Mr. Brown has managed a wide variety of projects, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raising. He has been involved with clients across a range of subsectors in healthcare, including medical supply distribution, specialty pharmacy, payor services and cost containment, providers, and healthcare IT. Mr. Brown is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan in 2019, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at JMP Securities, where he led the Healthcare Services practice. Prior to JMP Securities, he was a Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at BMO Capital Markets and a Vice President in the M&A Group at Brown Brothers Harriman. Mr. Brown began his career as a corporate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Mr. Brown holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
