Mr. Ebb is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has advised companies and secured and unsecured creditor constituents in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, recapitalizations, and M&A processes. Mr. Ebb is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Ebb’s representative restructuring and recapitalization experience includes QualTek, Katerra, NewAge, Inc., Pennsylvania Real Estate Trust, and Puerto Rico Energy and Power Authority, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ebb was an Associate at IBM Promontory, a strategy, risk management, and compliance consulting subsidiary of IBM, in New York.
Mr. Ebb holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago, an MBA from the Wharton School, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
