Mr. Braun is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He focuses primarily on consumer health as well as the household, beauty, and personal care sectors. Mr. Braun is based in the firm’s Munich office.
Previously, Mr. Braun worked at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he gained experience in corporate finance and M&A through internships at ACXIT Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Braun holds a B.S. in Business and Administration, majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation, from the University of Passau and an M.S. in Accounting, Finance, and Controlling from Bocconi University.
