Mr. Lindner is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate Capital Solutions team. He focuses on European real estate equity and debt mandates covering strategic advisory, debt advisory, and liability management. Mr. Lindner is based in the firm’s Munich office.
Previously, Mr. Lindner worked at Mellum Capital, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Prior to Mellum Capital, he led Brookfield Financial’s German team. During his time at Mellum Capital and Brookfield Financial, Mr. Lindner successfully completed more than €12 billion in transactions. He began his career at IVG, providing support for the restructuring of the real estate portfolio, the company’s financing structure, and the sale of non-strategic assets.
Mr. Lindner holds a B.S. and an M.S. from the IREBS International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg.
