Mr. McGee is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. McGee was a Managing Director at Intrepid Financial Partners, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Before that, he was an Associate in the Merger & Acquisitions group at Deutsche Bank, where he worked on a variety of buyside, sellside, fairness opinion, and strategic advisory assignments across a range of industries.
Mr. McGee holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Finance from Princeton University.
