Mr. Focosi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. His responsibilities include all aspects of deal execution, such as financial modeling, due diligence, deal coordination, and creating marketing materials. Mr. Focosi is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Focosi was a Commercial Banker at Cornerstone National Bank & Trust. As part of a commercial banking team that managed a $400 million loan portfolio, he focused on advising clients and managing the bank’s credit risk.
Mr. Focosi holds a B.A. in Business Administration from North Central College and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, where he was on the dean’s list. He is a CFA charterholder.
