Mr. Hartigan is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. His select engagements include Seadrill Ltd., TriMark USA, Bristow Group Inc., Columbia Property Trust, Claire’s Stores, Sears Holdings Corp., FXI Holdings, Inc., and True Value LLC. Mr. Hartigan is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hartigan spent five years consulting at PwC.
Mr. Hartigan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Columbia University..
