Mr. Hartigan is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. His select engagements include Seadrill Ltd., Claire’s Stores, Sears Holdings Corp., TriMark USA, and Bristow Group Inc. Mr. Hartigan is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hartigan spent five years consulting at PwC.
Mr. Hartigan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Columbia University.
