Mr. Klim is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has more than two decades of experience in various investment banking roles. Mr. Klim is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Previously, Mr. Klim was a Managing Director at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Before that, he spent the majority of his career as a sellside M&A banker with Harris Williams & Co., where he worked in the firm’s Business Services group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Klim worked as a sellside equity analyst at Credit Suisse and an associate in Truist’s (formerly SunTrust) Middle Market banking group.
Mr. Klim holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
