Mr. Quirk is a Vice President of Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses on the human capital management sector. His responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuations, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Quirk is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
During Mr. Quirk’s tenure at Houlihan Lokey, his transaction experience has included advising Travel Nurse Across America on its strategic merger with TotalMed; The Re-Sourcing Group on its sale to MidOcean Partners; AB Staffing Solutions on its sale to Prime Time Healthcare; Vistria on its acquisition of MGT Consulting; General Healthcare Resources on its sale to MidOcean Partners; AEA Investors on its acquisition of Hero Digital; ettain group on its sale to ManpowerGroup; ThreeBridge Solutions on its sale to Turnberry Solutions; and The Execu|Search Group on its sale to Mill Rock Capital, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Quirk worked for Deloitte LLP, where he worked with clients in the financial services, consumer, and metals and mining sectors.
Mr. Quirk holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
