Mr. Waller is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He brings more than three decades of M&A and corporate finance experience. Mr. Waller is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Previously, Mr. Waller co-founded Waller Helms Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. Before that, he served as a Vice Chairman of Macquarie Capital and was Global Head of its Financial Institutions Group. Earlier, Mr. Waller was Co-Founder of Cochran Caronia Waller, a leading investment banking boutique focused on the insurance industry, and subsequently served as President of Fox-Pitt Kelton, a global financial institutions investment bank, following its merger with Cochran Caronia Waller in 2007.
Mr. Waller holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Management in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
