Mr. DiPalma is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. DiPalma was an Associate within the Transportation and Logistics Corporate Finance Group at Regions Financial Corporation. While there, he was responsible for executing traditional and investment banking transactions supporting refinancings, recapitalizations, M&A, and strategic growth initiatives.
Mr. DiPalma holds a B.A. in Economics and History with a minor in Business from Vanderbilt University.
