Mr. Heiser is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, focusing on the specialty ingredients sector and a variety of subsectors within consumer. He has advised on numerous sellside and buyside M&A transactions, capital market transactions, and other corporate finance assignments. Mr. Heiser is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Heiser holds dual degrees in Finance and Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois, where he graduated with highest honors.
