Mr. Cleveland is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. For over two decades, he has worked on numerous financial restructuring engagements, representing debtors and creditors, both in court and out of court. He now serves in a managerial role for the group and with Houlihan Lokey. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Previously, Mr. Cleveland was a lawyer with Mayer Brown & Platt in Chicago before returning to Houlihan Lokey in 1997.
Mr. Cleveland holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Southern California. He also holds a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
