Mr. Ham is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with a focus on software M&A. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Previously, Mr. Ham was a Vice President at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before joining GCA, he served as a Vice President in Raymond James’ Technology & Services Investment Banking practice, spending over six years with the group while based in its San Francisco office. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Ham served as an Analyst at Stifel Financial covering the financial services sector. He began his career in finance working in J.P. Morgan’s Private Wealth Management division.
Mr. Ham holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
