Mr. Norman is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. Over his career of more than two decades, he has advised a variety of public and private companies, financial institutions, and family offices on a range of transactions in the US, Europe, and Asia. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Norman was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA as part of the acquisition of Stella EOC, where he was a Partner.
Prior to Stella EOC, Mr. Norman was a founding member of LongAcre Partners, which grew to become a leading European media/digital media corporate finance advisory boutique, ultimately selling to Jefferies, where he became a Managing Director in the Global Media and Internet team. He started his career at J.P. Morgan in New York and Los Angeles.
Mr. Norman graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, earning a BA in Politics.
