Mr. Briceland is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services practice. His real estate experience includes appraisals, ASC 360s and 805s, net asset and portfolio valuations, and purchase price allocations. Mr. Briceland is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Briceland has nearly a decade of real property advisory and valuation experience in every major asset type, for numerous purposes, including accounting, fair value measurement, financing, financial reporting, and strategic planning. He has completed roughly 50 direct investments and over 300 engagements, with more than 10,000 properties and exceeding $100 billion in value.
Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Briceland was a Senior Associate in Duff & Phelps’ Real Estate Advisory group. Before that, he held Analyst positions at First Industrial and CIBC Bank USA.
Mr. Briceland earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo. He also holds an Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser License, issued by the state of Illinois, and is a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.
