Mr. Granados is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has worked on a variety of engagements, including sellside and buyside M&A transactions, debt financings, and other strategic corporate finance assignments. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Granados worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup, where he executed a variety of M&A transactions, private placements, public debt and equity offerings, and other financial advisory services. Before Citigroup, he was part of the Financial Advisory Services team at Deloitte, dedicated to advising clients in valuation services, M&A, and project finance.
Mr. Granados holds a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
