Mr. Cristantiello is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business and is based in the firm’s New York office. He specializes in portfolio valuations with an emphasis on valuing illiquid debt, equity, and derivative investments for a wide range of alternative asset investors, including hedge funds, private equity funds, business development companies, and limited partner investors.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cristantiello was a Vice President in Duff & Phelps’ Portfolio Valuation practice, where he focused on security valuation in the BDC and private credit space for financial reporting purposes.
Mr. Cristantiello holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.
