Mr. El Khoury is a member of Houlihan Lokey‘s Healthcare Group within the Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Mr. El Khoury has nearly three decades of extensive M&A advisory experience, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences transactions. He has advised founders, private equity firms, and corporate clients across a broad range of sectors, including clinical diagnostics, CDMOs, medtech, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. El Khoury was a Managing Director in the Healthcare team at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. Previously, he was a Director within the Healthcare practice of Leonardo & Co., which was acquired by Natixis Partners in 2015; a Vice President at Aforge Finance; and a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance practice of Andersen/EY in Paris.
Mr. El Khoury holds an M.S. in Management from ESCP Business School and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB) at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
