Mr. Marco is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients. Mr. Marco is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. Marco’s transaction experience at Houlihan Lokey spans various sectors, including transportation and logistics, business and IT services, and industrials and manufacturing. He covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, data analytics, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Marco was a Senior Associate at Deloitte in the Transaction Advisory Services group with an emphasis on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space.
Mr. Marco holds a B.S. in Accounting from Oglethorpe University and an MAcc from the University of Georgia. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
