Mr. Miller is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, focused on M&A and capital-raising advisory for high-growth software and tech-enabled service companies. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Miller was a Senior Corporate Strategy and Development Analyst at TEGNA, a Fortune 1000 media company. While there, he assessed M&A opportunities and executed ad hoc strategic initiatives for the office of the CEO. Before that, Mr. Miller gained experience at venture capital firms such as Tallwave Capital and Pegasus Tech Ventures, where he concentrated on early-stage software investing, identifying investment opportunities, leading diligence, primary and secondary market research, and financial modeling.
Mr. Miller holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
