Mr. Holmes is a Senior Vice President in the Technology and Cybersecurity practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services. He has more than a decade of experience, primarily serving private equity clients in the healthcare, financial services, retail, energy and utilities, education, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Holmes is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Holmes was a Director in the Deal Advisory and Strategy – Technology Strategy Group at KPMG. While there, he served as the lead for cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance solutions as well as the technology diligence lead for some of KPMG’s largest global private equity accounts on transactions ranging from early-stage startups to enterprise values up to $10 billion. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Holmes was at West Monroe Partners, where he used his substantial technology and security background to bridge the gap between technology and business for corporates as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Mr. Holmes holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University.
