Mr. Schainker is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group. He was previously with Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, where he focused on transaction and valuation opinions across various industries. Mr. Schainker is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Schainker was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps, LLC, a valuation advisory firm headquartered in New York, where he provided business and intangible asset valuations in several industries in support of acquisitions, litigation, purchase price allocations, and financial advisory.
Mr. Schainker holds a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Asian and Middle Eastern studies from the School of Arts and Sciences. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the CFA Institute and NYSSA.
