Mr. Sioufi is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. With more than a decade of investment banking experience across the technology industry, he has led many successful M&A transactions in various subsectors, including software, services, FinTech, and digital media. Mr. Sioufi is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sioufi was a Partner at GP Bullhound, a global tech investment bank, and co-founder of its Paris office. Before that, he worked at Criteo, where he led its strategic planning team. Earlier, Mr. Sioufi worked at Lazard and Nomura.
Mr. Sioufi holds an M.S. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
