Ms. Brogan is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Ms. Brogan was an Associate at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. She was involved in the origination and execution of primary mandates in the Americas and covered a selection of United States investors. Prior to joining Triago, Ms. Brogan worked as a Merchant Capital Associate for Maxim Group, where she sourced and raised capital for emerging healthcare companies within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life-science industries.
Ms. Brogan graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
